Christi joined our firm in 2007 and serves as the Director of Operations overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations while ensuring an exceptional client experience. In this role, she manages client relationships, coordinates office administration, engages with vendors, and supports the compliance team to maintain strong regulatory and operational standards.

With a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction, Christi ensures that the firm’s processes run smoothly across all departments, from tax preparation oversight to board and leadership support. By bridging the gap between clients, staff, and operational systems, she plays a key role in helping Certified Financial Strategies deliver seamless, personalized service.

Christi is a licensed Enrolled Agent (EA) and supports tax preparation for the firm’s advisory clients as part of comprehensive client service.

In her spare time, Christi enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. She also has a passion for gardening, cooking, reading and paddleboarding.
