Zandi serves as the Client Services Manager at Certified Financial Strategies overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations, client service initiatives, and administrative functions. In this role, she ensures that the firm’s processes run efficiently, coordinating across teams to maintain the highest standards of client support, compliance, and operational excellence.

With a focus on streamlining workflows, managing vendor relationships, supporting management and working directly with our clients, Zandi plays a critical role in maintaining organizational effectiveness while helping the firm deliver exceptional service to its clients.

Prior to joining Certified Financial Strategies, Zandi gained extensive experience in her role as a Sales Manager and Business Partner in the Real Estate/Title Industry.

Outside of the office, Zandi enjoys spending time with her husband and her two children. She is an active member of her church and within her community. She enjoys being outdoors, cooking and any opportunity to spend time with family and friends.
